Beyond Badminton Pro Shop – Warranty Claim Policy

At Beyond Badminton Pro Shop, we take product quality seriously and are committed to supporting our customers if manufacturing defects arise. If you believe your product may be faulty due to a manufacturer defect, please follow the guidelines below to lodge a warranty claim.

��️ Warranty Claim Process

1.Initial Contact
Please contact our customer service team via admin@beyondbadminton.com.au or 0416 032 291 to begin your warranty assessment. Attach clear photos of the issue to help us speed up the process.

2.Assessment and Return Instructions
If the item appears potentially defective, we will ask you to return it to us for inspection. Be sure to include:

  • A completed Warranty Claim Form (by request)
  • Your proof of purchase
  • The original item with strings cut but not removed, if it's a racquet

3. Inspection & Manufacturer Evaluation
Upon receiving your returned item, we will forward it to the brand’s authorized distributor or manufacturer for formal evaluation.

⚠️ Please Note

Warranty approval decisions are made solely by the manufacturer or their authorised distributor, not by Beyond Badminton Pro Shop. The assessment process may take several weeks depending on the brand and product type.

�� 4. Outcome

· ✅ If the claim is approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A product of equivalent trade value if the original is discontinued.

· ❌ If the claim is denied, a formal assessment report from the brand’s authorised distributor will be provided to you for your reference.

�� Warranty Timeframes

  • Racquets: Warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months of purchase.
  • Footwear: Claims must be made within 3 months of purchase.

�� Racquet Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for a racquet warranty claim:

✔ Strings must be cut but not removed
✘ Do not return the racquet with strings removed
✘ Cosmetic damage (paint chips, scuffs) does not qualify
✘ Damage from clashes, floor impacts, or misuse is not covered
✘ Over-tensioned racquets (above manufacturer's recommendations) may invalidate the claim

�� Footwear Warranty Conditions

  • Claims are accepted for manufacturing defects only.
  • Comfort-related issues or general wear and tear are not valid reasons for warranty claims.
  • Used shoes cannot be returned or exchanged unless a defect is confirmed by the manufacturer.

⚠️ Additional Notes

  • Warranty claims can only be made once per item.
  • Stringing services and installed strings are considered consumables and are not covered by warranty.
  • Items approved under warranty but discontinued will be replaced with a comparable product of equal value.

· All claims must be made with original proof of purchase.

�� Shipping Damage in Transit – Beyond Badminton Pro Shop

We understand that receiving a damaged item can be frustrating, and we're here to help. If your order arrives with any damage incurred during delivery, please follow the steps below.

�� Notify Us Within 14 Days

If you believe your product was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

�� Documentation Required

To help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item immediately after opening the package.
  •  If there is any visible external damage to the packaging, please photograph that as well.
  •  Include your order number and a brief description of the issue when contacting us.

�� Our Investigation & Resolution

  • Once we receive your report, we will begin an internal review and may coordinate with the shipping carrier if needed.
  •  If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

⚠️ Please Note

  •  Shipping-related damage is outside of our direct control, but we take all reasonable steps to prevent it.
  • Our warehouse team ensures that all parcels are securely packed and clearly marked as FRAGILE, particularly for sensitive items such as racquets.

Return and Refund Policy

Beyond Badminton Pro Shop – Return & Refund Policy

At Beyond Badminton Pro Shop, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and services, and we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following guidelines, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and Victorian legislation.

�� Change of Mind Returns

If you have a change of heart, you may return eligible products within 30 days from the invoice date, subject to the following:

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us first
Please call us on +61 416 032 291 or email admin@beyondbadminotn.com.au with:

  • Your order/invoice number
  •  Product name
  •  Reason for return

2. Prepare your return parcel
If approved, please include:

  •  A note stating the reason for return, along with your name and contact details
  • A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Or download and include a completed Return Request Form from our website

Processing Time:

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing of your exchange or store credit.

�� Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return postage and handling costs.
  • Beyond Badminton covers the cost of dispatch only when sending out the original order (within Australia).
  • We strongly recommend using tracked delivery for all returns. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
  • International customers: Return shipping is not covered or reimbursed under any circumstances.

�� Refunds, Credits & Fees

  •  Eligible returns will receive store credit equivalent to the original product price (excluding shipping).
  •  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

· A restocking fee of up to 30% (minimum $25) may be applied if:

  • The item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete
  • The return was not pre-approved
  • Documentation is missing
  • There is evidence of policy abuse

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our stated conditions.

�� Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty:

  • Clearance or Final Sale items (as marked at checkout or in product listings)
  • Racquets that have been custom strung at your request
  • Completed stringing services
  • Used or worn footwear (unless proven faulty)
  • Insoles and socks

✔️ Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must be:

  •  Unused, in original condition
  •  With all original tags and packaging intact
  •  Complete, including accessories (e.g., racquet covers, manuals, gift, etc.)

Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.
