Beyond Badminton Pro Shop – Return & Refund Policy

At Beyond Badminton Pro Shop, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and services, and we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following guidelines, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and Victorian legislation.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have a change of heart, you may return eligible products within 30 days from the invoice date, subject to the following:

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us first
Please call us on +61 416 032 291 or email admin@beyondbadminotn.com.au with:

  • Your order/invoice number
  •  Product name
  •  Reason for return

2. Prepare your return parcel
If approved, please include:

  •  A note stating the reason for return, along with your name and contact details
  • A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Or download and include a completed Return Request Form from our website

3. Send to our return address:

Processing Time:

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing of your exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return postage and handling costs.
  • Beyond Badminton covers the cost of dispatch only when sending out the original order (within Australia).
  • We strongly recommend using tracked delivery for all returns. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
  • International customers: Return shipping is not covered or reimbursed under any circumstances.

Refunds, Credits & Fees

  •  Eligible returns will receive store credit equivalent to the original product price (excluding shipping).
  •  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

· A restocking fee of up to 30% (minimum $25) may be applied if:

  • The item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete
  • The return was not pre-approved
  • Documentation is missing
  • There is evidence of policy abuse

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our stated conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty:

  • Clearance or Final Sale items (as marked at checkout or in product listings)
  • Racquets that have been custom strung at your request
  • Completed stringing services
  • Used or worn footwear (unless proven faulty)
  • Insoles and socks

✔️ Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must be:

  •  Unused, in original condition
  •  With all original tags and packaging intact
  •  Complete, including accessories (e.g., racquet covers, manuals, gift, etc.)

Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.
